The Random Mexican Coin

In the past few days I found 2 dimes and 4 pennies at the Coinstar Machine at Schnuck's. I also found 2 pennies in the apartment laundry room, as I walked through to go work-out.

In the Coinstar machine I also found a random coin, and while I believe it is a Mexican (It says Mexicanos on it) of some sort, I'm not sure of the demonation, although since it says Cinco, I know that it is five of something. (Living in Texas, I found a good number of Pezo's and they normally said Pezo on the coin) Check out the picture below, and any help is greatly appricated.
