Day 31

I spent most of today without my truck, as I had to take it into the shop to get a few things fixed up. I trust my mechanic, but I always hate that feeling of not knowing how much it is going to cost, or not knowing if I'm getting taken. But I got everything taken care off, so all is good.
I was able to hit some drive-thru's, and by the end of the night I had some good finds, but I was missing the nickel. I went out after dinner, and found the nickel at my trusty car wash, so it is another day with the change cycle (1 quarter, 8 dimes, 2 nickels, 36 pennies).

Marti comes back tomorrow, and I am proud that I accomplished my goal while she was gone. I was able to hit a dollar everyday she was gone, and in an added bonus, I hit for the change cycle everyday and was able to get the highest one day total for the race!
