Day 78

What a wonderful Sunday. Great weather, great company, great change searching.

Marti and I went out to run some errands today. After we got some bagels for lunch, I found 1 penny on the side of the road, then came the motherload at Chick-Fil-A, 2 quarters, 3 dimes and 6 pennies. Then as we did our weekly grocery shopping I found a quarter under the Coinstar machine at Randall’s.

I decided to rearrange the Excel file that I use to keep track of my change searching and this got me excited about going out for another chance run. On my second trip out of the day (This time with no Marti) I found 6 pennies at JR’s Car Wash, 1 nickel and 1 penny at Hartz & 1 dime and 1 penny at Thomas BBQ. The nickel gave me my first cycle since April 22, and my sixth cycle of the race

While we were out today, Marti and I were enjoying the great weather and we saw some people in convertibles and Jeep Wrangers. Which got us discussing the topic, which is a better Summer Fun Ride? (Assuming that you have another everyday car) I vote for the Wrangler. After some serious debate, Marti voted for the convertible, preferably a Mustang. What do you vote for?
