Thank you all for your comments on the Scrubby Duck purchase idea. You were all much more positive about the idea than I expected. So thanks to your comments, I am going to take some pictures of the Scrubby Duck for you all to check out. I am also going to call up this week and find out more information like price, etc. So, more details to follow, but maybe this can really happen?
Also, thanks must be give to Budgets are $exy, who wrote a review of The Change Race. Thanks so much for checking it out, and taking the time out to write up a review. You know the way to my heart - kissing my ass! :-)
Honestly, it is nice to see that people are still checking out the site and enjoying what they see. For those of you that have been around for a while, you know that the last few months, my interest and dedication to the Change Race has been waining. Thanks to everyone for coming by in the past few weeks, as it has really rejuvenated my spirit. I feel like the Change Race hibernation is ending! I think it's natural in a project this long, that there will be ups and downs. Thankfully, I feel that I am coming out of a down period.
Now onto what you came here for..............my finds!
Since my last find I found 1 dime and 1 penny at the Coinstar machine in Schunck's. I also found 1 nickel and 1 penny, but their details are lost to history.
I'll leave you with some pictures from my last trip to Minnesota. First off, check out the ground from the plane. This is in mid-March, and lots of snow. Not good times for Bailey!
But the best part about the trip was the room I got at the Hampton Inn in Maple Grove. As you know I travel quite a bit for work, and over the past 2 years, I have become a Hilton Honors Diamond member. So maybe that was why I got bumped up to this room.
Check it out! Not only can you see all the crap that I travel with (I can't stand the touchpad on the lappy, so I use the travel mouse), you can see the hot tub in the corner of the room! Bailey got the Rain Main Suite in Maple Grove!
Total since last post - $0.17
Total for the Race - $265.49
